2. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

• The application offers a subscription plan at a price of 4$ per month or 18$ for a six-month access.
• These plans allow users to fully utilize all the features of the application without limitations.

Subscription Cancellation Terms

• Users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time.
• In case of cancellation, a refund is issued proportionally to the unused subscription time. The refund calculation is based on the time elapsed from the last subscription payment to the date of the cancellation request.
• The subscription cancellation process and refund are transparent and regulated in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Bot Usage

• The subscription grants the right to daily use of the bot and ask questions within a limit of 1 million characters per month.
• The use of the bot for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• The application is not responsible for the accuracy of the bot’s responses. Answers are generated based on the entered data and are approximate.

4. Limitation of Liability

• The application is not responsible for the bot’s advice. Recommendations are based on user data, and the accuracy of their determination may vary.
• To improve the quality of the provided advice, a selective review of responses by a dietitian is introduced. This service is provided free of charge and is aimed at enhancing the user experience.

5. Data Privacy and Security

Prevention of Data Dissemination

We strictly do not sell, exchange, or transfer your personal data to third-party organizations or individuals. This applies to all types of data, including contact information, health information, and other personal information.

Use of Identification Data

Identification data, such as the user’s name and surname, is stored only if the user has provided explicit consent for its use within the “Telegram” application. Otherwise, we limit ourselves to storing the minimum necessary data, such as the user’s identifier in “Telegram”.

6. Subscription Cancellation Processing

Cancellation Procedure

To cancel a subscription or request account deletion, the user needs to contact the application administrator via the @KOVEH identifier in “Telegram”.

Request Processing

Refund

In case of subscription cancellation, the user will be refunded an amount proportional to the unused subscription period. This calculation is based on the date of sending the subscription cancellation request.

Analysis of Photos and Medical Data

• A unique feature for analyzing photos of menus and products, allowing users to easily obtain information about nutritional value and recommendations for consuming dishes and products.
• The ability to upload and analyze the user’s medical research in PDF format. This data is used to provide more detailed and accurate advice, taking into account the user’s individual needs.

Security and Privacy

• All features and capabilities of the “PRO” plan are implemented with adherence to high standards of data security and privacy.
