I learned an┬áinteresting thing about my productivity┬áÔÇô each year, I perform better and┬áworse in┬áprecisely the┬ásame months as┬áin┬áprevious ones. I have checked this dependency since 2019. I add my performance (good, average, bad) to┬áthe┬ágoogle sheets to┬ásee the┬ápattern.
March-April is the most effective time, April-June is a high-performance time, July is less effective or random, August-September is effective, October-November is a bad-performance time, and December-January is the worst-performance time, February is a random time.
What to┬ádo in┬áthe┬ábad-performance months? I think it is time to┬árelax and┬ámake trips, learn or┬ápractice new stuff. For┬áexample, I am drawing and┬áplaying the┬ápiano in┬ásuch months (IÔÇÖve been playing since 2021). I also made some mistakes: I played some computer games during the┬ábad-performance times because games donÔÇÖt involve responsibility, and┬ágames have no┬ádeadlines so that I can stick to┬ámy tempo.
One of┬áthe┬áideas to┬áspend November and┬áDecember is to┬átravel to┬ásome countries, like Thailand, Indonesia, Dominican republic. You may just relax and┬áspend a┬álittle time working. It is not┬ábad to┬ámake progress slowly and┬áspend less time at┬áwork. We are people┬áÔÇô we live for┬áemotions and┬áfun. Ask an┬áentrepreneur whether he spends all his time working. An┬áentrepreneur is calm; he delegates work to┬áothers and┬ámakes the┬ácompany work sustainably without the┬áinvolvement of┬áthe┬áentrepreneur himself. Otherwise, it is not┬áa┬ábusiness.
What does it mean for you? First, also analyze your productivity cycles, find your patterns, and think about how to respond to them. And, you may expect a lot of new content on my blog and youtube channel. The blog theme, by the way, will be slightly changed: there will be content about traveling, architecture, business, and finances. In April I start a project on alternative investments. I will tell a lot about creating a business in Austria and why alternative investments are important for any investor.
